A Month of Goals / February

Hey everyone! I'm back with a new set of goals for the month of February. You can view last month's goals here! I slacked a little big time with last month's goals. In my defense, it was an extremely difficult month for me mentally and I had so much stuff going on. I posted a little bit about it in my recap of last month's goals so if you want to read about it, click here.

Here we go -

1. Actually get back in the gym. I really did want to get back in the gym in January but with being in the hospital, being very sick, and some really personal occurrences happening, I skipped the gym. I did go on a really active hike at Raven Rock and did some physical activities but it is my ultimate goal to get back in the gym this month.

2. Get rid of anything un-needed. Both Shae and I need to go through our clothes, as well as everything else in the house and get rid of the things we do not need or are old and just taking up space. We move in two months so we need to get going on this!

3. Finish the Crossfire Series. This will be too easy.

4. Quit going out to each too much. So so guilty of this in January. It needs to end.

5. Do a juice cleanse.
