Some days it is truly hard for me to not brag and write an entire novel about the wonderful man I get to spend my life with. These past few weeks I have felt completely overwhelmed with love and support from Shae. He has grown into the most amazing man that I've ever known, and I truly cannot express into words how wonderful he is.

It's the little things we all often take for granted. The selflessness, the patience and the loving words. I wake up every morning to my feet tangled up with my best friend's, I get an uncountable "I love you's" throughout the day, I get foot rubs and my hair played with while we watch our favorite TV shows together. On the other hand, I also get a husband who will willingly fold all the laundry without a single complaint, I get a husband who will get home from a long day of work and still offer to make dinner, a man who will get up with our dog late at night to take her out just so I don't have too. I know these are all things to be expected, but it never goes unappreciated. One of my favorite things in the world is going to work and coming home to a clean house (all done by Shae) and a happy man greeting me at the door.
 

Over the course of 4 1/2 years, we have grown so much. In fact, in many ways, we grew up together. We molded ourselves into the best versions of ourselves and only loved each other more for it. It makes me so incredibly happy to know that I ended up with such an amazing man. The best one.

Anyway, husband appreciation post. I couldn't help myself. ;)
